These Terms & Conditions govern the use and participation in Ludo Premier League, operated by Rudra Enterprise.
By creating an account, joining a game or using the service, a player agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions and the applicable game rules.
1. Nature of the Game
Ludo Premier League is a skill-based Ludo game.
The outcome of a match depends on gameplay, decision-making, strategy, timing, game knowledge and the effective use of available gameplay opportunities.
Each participant is expected to make their own gameplay decisions and follow the applicable game rules.
2. User Eligibility
Only persons legally eligible to participate in the applicable service may create an account or participate in games.
Users should ensure that their participation is permitted under the laws applicable to them.
3. Player Account
Users must maintain the security and confidentiality of their account credentials.
Each account holder must:
- Use their own authorized account
- Keep login credentials confidential
- Not allow another person to use their account
- Not use another person's account
- Report unauthorized access or suspicious activity
The account holder is responsible for activity conducted through their account.
4. Game Entry
Players may participate in eligible games by selecting the applicable game and entry amount displayed before joining the game.
The available game entry amounts may range from ₹50 to ₹5,000, depending on the game offered on the platform.
5. Game Pool and Platform Commission
Ludo Premier League operated a 15% platform commission model on the applicable game pool.
Example: If two players enter a ₹50 game each, the total game pool is ₹100, out of which ₹15 represents the platform commission and ₹85 is paid to the winning player.
6. Skill-Based Gameplay
The game involves player skill and decision-making, including:
- Strategy and planning
- Selection and timing of moves
- Risk assessment
- Understanding game positions
- Responding to the opponent's gameplay
Each participant makes their own gameplay decisions and follows the rules and mechanics of the game.
7. Game Rules
The following general rules apply:
- Players must participate through their own authorized account.
- Players must follow the gameplay instructions and mechanics.
- Unauthorized software, bots or automated gameplay tools must not be used.
- Game systems must not be manipulated or interfered with.
- Players must not collude or share accounts.
- Technical vulnerabilities must not be exploited for an unfair advantage.
- The outcome of a completed game will generally be determined by the recorded game result.
- A completed result will generally be final unless a genuine technical or system issue requires review.
8. Fair Play
All participants are expected to participate fairly and independently.
Cheating, automated gameplay, unauthorized software, result manipulation, collusion, account sharing, fraudulent activity or attempts to obtain an unfair advantage are prohibited.
9. Game Results
The result recorded by the game system will be used to determine the outcome of a completed match.
Where a genuine server error, technical failure or other system issue materially affects a game, the affected game may be reviewed.
10. Winnings
The winner of a completed game will be entitled to the applicable winner payout according to the game structure displayed before participation.
11. Prohibited Activities
Participants must not:
- Interfere with the operation of the platform
- Manipulate game results
- Circumvent game rules
- Obtain an unfair advantage
- Engage in fraudulent or unauthorized activity
12. Technical Issues
The service may occasionally be affected by server problems, network issues, maintenance, connectivity problems, software errors or other technical circumstances.
Where a technical issue materially affects a game, the affected game may be reviewed.
13. Suspension or Termination
Rudra Enterprise may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where there is reasonable evidence of cheating, fraud, collusion, account misuse, unauthorized activity, violation of these Terms & Conditions or manipulation of game results.
14. Responsible Participation
Participants are encouraged to make informed decisions before joining a game and to participate only within their personal means.
Participants should not attempt to recover previous losses through additional game entries.
15. Intellectual Property
The software, graphics, interface, content and other materials associated with Ludo Premier League are owned by or otherwise lawfully used by Rudra Enterprise.
No person may reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit such materials without appropriate authorization.
16. Privacy
The collection and handling of personal information is governed by the applicable Privacy Policy.
17. Disputes
Any dispute relating to a game, account or service may first be submitted to customer support for review.
Relevant game and account information may be considered while reviewing a dispute.
18. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Rudra Enterprise may update these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary due to changes in the service, technology, security practices or applicable requirements.
19. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are subject to the applicable laws and regulations governing the service and participation of users.
